Individual Bookings and Cancellation Policy

If you're an individual booking a treatment at Celtic Manor Smokehouse, full pre-payment is required at the time of booking. Should you wish to change or cancel your appointment, a minimum of 7 days' notice is required for a refund of the pre-payment. Keep in mind that a 7-day cancellation policy applies to all valid spa vouchers, otherwise the voucher will become void.

Group Bookings and Cancellation Policy

For group bookings of 6 to 24 people, a provisional reservation will be held for 14 days. A booking form will be sent to the group leader to provide the names and treatments for each individual. Full pre-payment is required within 14 days of making the reservation to secure the booking. Once payment has been received, the booking becomes non-refundable and non-transferable. However, changes to names and treatments can be made up to 7 days prior to arrival, subject to availability. For groups with up to 9 rooms on a residential spa package, a 7-day cancellation policy applies in addition to the above terms.

Acrylic or BIAB removal is not provided at the smokehouse.
