Paula & Alistair Gordon
From our newly purpose built smokehouse on the north shore of Loch Ewe, we produce unique hand crafted smoked fish. A passion for the sea, fabulous fish and Scotland all brought us to this place.
Loch Ewe is framed by the Torridon mountains to the south and the Outer Hebrides to the West. The isle of ewe sits out in the middle of this beautiful sea loch. A magnificent enviroment in which to smoke fish and of course live.
We have run the business sucessfully in previous years as Sleepy Hollow Smokehouse, only changing the name in June 2011 to isle of ewe smokehouse. We want to convey our unique locaction here in the North of Scotland, a true provenance in our name to this stunning place.
Opening Hours
For fabulous fish visit our shop at the smokehouse, open for ewe:
- Monday–Friday: 9am–5pm
- Saturday: 9am–12pm
- Sunday: Closed
